模拟4000m高原大鼠磷脂酶A_2的变化及在肺水肿中的作用

摘要 采用满足法测定了在模拟高原4000m停留48h大鼠肺组织及肺灌洗液的磷脂酶A2活性和伊文思蓝含量的变化。结果表明大鼠进入模拟高原后PLA2活性和伊文思蓝含量呈上升趋势,且48h显著高于12h、24h。提示PLA2活性增高可使肺微血管通透性分高,PLA2在引起高原肺水肿中起重要作用。 The activity of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and content of Evans blue in tissue and infusing fiuid of rats lung were measured by microtitration. In experiment the tested rats were located under condition simulated 4 000m altitude to 48 hrs. From results it were showed that the activity of PLA, and content of Evans blue were increased when 48 hrs,which were higher than measured values in 12 and 24 hrs and suggested the increasing of PLA2 activity lead to the raise of microvascular permeability,so the PLA2, would play an important role in development of pulmonary edema at altitude.
