压裂与水力泵返排联作工艺在长庆油田的应用

摘要 针对长庆油田压裂后采用抽汲工艺排液时井口防喷盒、排液管线、液体计量罐不密封,排出液体中伴生的CO、H2S等有毒有害气体在井口和计量罐等作业区域弥漫、富集,存在安全隐患等问题,开发了压裂与排液联作工艺,研制了和该工艺管柱配套使用的压裂用喷射泵、压裂用封隔器。经现场应用表明,该工艺实现了地面排液流程密闭化,有效地消除了有毒有害气体中毒的安全隐患;在缩短排液周期、减轻现场工人劳动强度的同时,具有返排及时、排液连续、强度大等特点。经董XX井等4口井现场应用,效果较好。 To the problems of no sealing of BOP,back flow pipe,liquid tank for swabbing tech after fracturing and spreading,collecting of poisonous gas of CO,H2S in back flow,the combining tech of fracturing and back flow has been developed.Its matching tech of fracturing jet pump and packer have also been made.The field application has proved that the technology can realize the closure of surface flow back,eliminate the hidden trouble of toxicosis of poisonous gas,shorten working period,reduce work intensity of worker at the same time and have the advantages of timely flowing back,continuous discharging residual fluid and high strength etc.Through applying it in four wells such as Dong xx,its result is good.
