清洁压裂液在桐12、桐47断块整体压裂中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 对水敏性储层进行压裂改造,一般只能使用油基或醇基压裂液。由于二者的成本较高,而且使用不安全,因此受到限制。清洁压裂液无残渣,摩阻低、流变性能好、携砂能力强,能充分保留支撑裂缝的导流能力,而且对粘土防膨稳定效果好,特别适合对水敏性储层进行压裂改造,对地层几乎无伤害。在华北油田桐12、桐47断块整体压裂改造中得到了有力的证实。该断块采用羟丙基胍胶压裂液压裂3口井,压后抽汲日产原油0.64~3.5t,效果很差;采用清洁压裂液压裂9口井,压后5mm油嘴放喷日产原油10.4~39.0t,使该断块得到了充分、有效的开发。 Reforming to water sensitive reservoir,oil or alcoholic base fracturing fluid is only used generally.For high cost and no safety of them,their application is limited.Clean fracturing fluid,without residual,low friction,high capacity of carrying sand,can not only maintain ability of supporting cracks,but also play a good role for keeping antiswelling stability,which specially suits for conducting reform to water sensitive reservoir and has no damage to formation.Application of it in Tong12,Tong47 blocks achieved verification strongly.When fracturing fluid of hydroxypropylguar gum is used in three wells of this block,oil production per day after swabbing is 0.64~3.5 t and the effect is poor.But applying cleaning one in 9 wells,oil production using 5 mm bean to open flow is 10.4~39.0 t which makes an effective exploitation for this block.
