Application of Outokumpu diaphragm press filter at Jinhuagong Coal Preparation Plant

介绍了Outokumpu压滤机的技术特征及工作原理,试验研究了入料浓度、入料粒度、最大入料压力和时间、挤压压力和时间等工艺参数对其工作效果的影响,证明该机具有生产产品水分低、处理能力大、适于高灰细粒煤泥脱水等优点,但也存在入料方式不合理、卸料时间长、滤板容易损坏等缺点。

Technical characteristics and operation principle of Outokumpu diaphragm press filter introduced;experiment research carried out in regarding its operation performance in relation of such parameter as feed concentration,feed particle size,maximum feeding pressure and time,squeezing pressure and time;it was denoted that this equipment gave advantages as lower product moisture,high productivity,and suitability for de-watering of high-ash fine slime,but also disadvantages as un-reasonable way of feeding,longer time of discharge and easier breaking of filter frame.
