Use of Metoprolol Tablets in Our Hospital: Analysis of Outpatient Prescriptions

目的:了解美托洛尔片剂在我院的应用情况。方法:对我院5 000张使用美托洛尔片剂的处方进行统计分析,内容包括患者的年龄、性别、用药剂量、使用天数、治疗各种心血管疾病所占比例及联合用药。结果:美托洛尔片剂的应用有年轻化的趋势;美托洛尔在男性中的使用率略高于女性;用药日剂量以50 mg^100 mg为最多,用药时间多在1~4周;广泛用于治疗心血管疾病;联合用药125种,其中以钙通道阻滞剂、利尿药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂常用。结论:美托洛尔的使用基本合理,但在联合用药方面有待完善。

OBJECTIVE： To study the use of metoprolol tablets in our hospital. METHODS： The use of metoprolol tablets involved in a total of 5,000 prescriptions were analyzed in respect of patients＇ age and sex, daily dose, medication duration, proportion in treating various cardiovascular diseases, and drug combination. RESULTS： Metoprolol tablets were more often used by young and female patients, with daily dose predominantly at a range of 50mg - 100mg and medication duration at a range of 1 -4 weeks. The drug combination involved 125 kinds, leading the list were Ca-antagonist, diuretics, and angiotesion converting enzyme ihhibitor. CONCLUSION： The use of metoprolol tablets was rational on the whole, but its drug combination remained to be improved.
