摘要 目的:本文对现有抗抑郁药物的作用优势进行了分析,并利用《全国医药经济信息网》的2004年-2006年有关抗抑郁药的销售金额及所占份额,对抗抑郁药的市场情况进行分析。方法:对2004年-2006年抗抑郁药排序前10位的销售数量份额和制药企业份额进行对比分析。结果:2004年-2006年抗抑郁药无论是销售金额还是数量都呈逐年上升趋势,2006年则呈逐季稳步上升趋势。大部分SSRIs抗抑郁药的销售额被美国礼来集团、葛兰素-史克集团和辉瑞公司垄断。结论:高发且难以根治的抑郁症使得抗抑郁药市场具有广阔的前景,市场竞争可能更加激烈。 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the advantages of the current antidepressive drugs and the market application of these drugs by drawing the data of consumption sum and market share of antidepressive drugs between 2004 and 2006 recorded in “Chinese drug economics information website”. METHODS: The top 10 antidepressive drugs in terms of quantity share and market share of manufacturers during 2004 - 2006 were analyzed comparatively. RESUTLS: The consumption of antidepressive drugs during 2004 - 2006 assumed year- on - year increase tendency in both sum of money and quantity and steady increase tendency in 2006. Most of the market share of SSRIs antidepressive drugs was monopolized by Eli Lilly and Company, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Limited. CONCLUSION: The high incidence rate and difficulty in radical cure of depressive disorders contributed to the future big consumption of antidepressive drugs, and the market competition is expected to become all the more fierce.
