2001年～2005年广东省60家医院促进白细胞增生药应用分析

Analysis of Drugs Increased Leukocyte Used in 60 Hospitals of Guangdong Province During the Period 2001～2005

目的：了解广东省促进白细胞增生药的应用情况及其用药趋势。方法：本文采集“广东省药学会医院用药信息网”收集的购药统计数据，对广东省部分医院2001年-2005年促进白细胞增生药用药金额进行统计、排序、分析。结果：促进白细胞增生药用药金额呈上升趋势，重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子销售金额比例及排序一直居于榜首，肌苷的销售金额比例及排序增幅较大,利血平的销售金额比例及排序基本保持不变。结论：促进白细胞增生药在临床上应用广泛。

OBJECTIVE ：To understand the status and trend of drugs increased leukocyte used in Guangdong province. METHODS： To collected the use data of the drugs increased leukocyte from Guangdong provincial hospital pharmacy medication information network, and to analysis the use of the drugs increased leukocyte by statistics and scheduling the amount of interleukin drugs in some hospitals of Guangdong province from 2001 to 2005. RESULTS： There is a upward trend in the amount of the drugs increased leukocyte. Recombinant human granulocyte colony - stimulating factor stands at the first place in the list of all types of drugs increased leukocyte. The amount of inosine increased considerably. The amount of reserpine remains basically unchanged. CONCLUSION： The drugs increased leukocyte are used more and more in clinic medicine.
