摘要
目的探讨联合18F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)符合线路SPECT(DHCI)与131I全身扫描(whole body scans,WBS)显像检测甲状腺癌转移灶的价值。方法对45例手术+131I治疗后DTC患者,行131I WBS和18FDG DHCI,并观察和记录病灶的数目和位置。结果45例甲状腺癌患者临床证实的148个病灶中,18FDG符合线路共检出129个肿瘤转移灶,131I WBS检出105个肿瘤转移灶,18FDG DHCI和131I WBS共同阳性的病灶为91个,两者联合检测出病灶143个。结论18FDG DHCI和131I WBS两种显像方法具有一定的互补性,并且两者联合检测较两者任一种方法具有更高的阳性率,两者联合检测具有扩大检测阳性病灶的作用。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of eombinetion of dual - head coincidence imaging(DHCI) ^18FDG and ^131 I whole body seans(WBS)imaging for detecting the metastatic foei of differentiated thyroid eareinoma(DTC). Methods Forty - five patients with DTC underwent ^131 I WBS and DHCI ^18 FDG after the operation and ^131 I therapy, while the numbers and sites of metastatic foel were observed and recorded for each ease. Results Among elinially confirmed 148 lesions of 45 patients, ^18 FDG alone showed 129 lesions while ^131 I WBS alone showed 105 lesions. ^18 FDG and ^131 I WBS eoineidently showed 91 lesions, whereas ^18 FDG plus ^131 I WBS showed 143 lesions. Conclusion DHCI ^18 FDG and ^131 I WBS have eo - supplementary effect for detecting the metastatic foei of DTC so that the integration of the both can significantly elevate the detective rate.
