摘要
目的探讨各种磁共振检查序列对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了8例经临床或手术证实的先天性子宫畸形的MRI表现,比较不同的MRI序列对子宫畸形的诊断能力。结果8例先天性子宫畸形中,T2WI诊断8例,STIR诊断8例,T1WI诊断3例,T2WI组与STIR组间无差异,T2WI组、STIR组与T1WI组间均有显著性差异。结论磁共振T2WI与STIR序列对先天性子宫畸形诊断准确率高,可作为首选方案,而T1WI序列只能作为补充手段。
Objective To assess the diagnostic capability of different MRI sequences for congenital uterine malformation (CUM). Methods MRI findings of 8 patients with clinically or surgically proved CUM were analyzed retrospectively and the diagnostic capability of different MRI sequences which comprised STIR, T2WI and T1WI was compared each other. Results The both sequences of STIR and T2WI separately diagnosed all 8 case, while T1WI sequence only diagnosed 3 cases. The diagnostic capability of T2WI sequence was similar to that of STIR sequence but that between T2WI and T1WI or STIR and T1WI sequence was significant difference. Conclusion Because STIR and T2WI sequence have high - diagnostic capability, they should be taken as the optimal protocol to diagnose CUM, while T1WI sequence can be only taken as a supplementary modality to diagnose CUM.
