摘要 目的对照研究积分法和径线法测量不规则病灶体积的准确性,寻找更加准确的、更加实用的测量病灶体积的新方法。方法对已知体积的13个不同形状的模拟病灶进行CT扫描,分别使用经线法和积分法测量病灶体积,数据经统计学处理比较。结果同一医生使用两种方法对病灶体积测量以及不同医生分别使用两种方法测量其平均值(χ±S),经t检验无显著差异(P>0.05),但径线法的变异系数更大。结论积分法测量不规则病灶体积操作较径线法简单且准确,值得推广。 Objective To compare the accuracy of integration and radial line for measuring the volume of irregular foci so as to acquire a more accurate and practical means. Methods Thirteen simulation foci with different shape whose volume was known underwent CT scans and then their volume was again measured by using both modalities of integration and radial line. All data obtained from above both modalities were statistically processed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results The average value(χ^- ± S)of simulation foci volume measured by using both modalitles of integration and radial line was not statistic difference( P 〉 0. 05) but the variable coefficient of radial line modality was greater. Conclusion The procedure of integration in the measurement of irregular focus volume is more simple but more accurate than that of radial line modality so that it is worth wide application.
