摘要
针对混合动力挖掘机提出利用液压马达对液压执行元件的回油进行能量回收的节能方案。建立液压挖掘机能量回收的仿真模型,对各执行元件的可回收能量所占比重和系统的节能效果进行仿真计算。搭建混合动力液压马达能量回收试验台,进行能量回收过程中的能量转化效率和操控性能的试验研究。试验和仿真结果表明,在混合动力液压挖掘机系统中采用马达能量回收和发电机转速控制执行元件运动速度的节能方案是可行的。
Aimed at the hybrid excavators, an energy saving scheme with hydraulic motor regeneration for hydraulic actuators is put forward. The simulation model of hybrid hydraulic excavator with regeneration system is found, and on account of the model, the proportion of regeneration energy for each ac- tuator and the energy saving effects are calculated. The test-bed of hybrid excavator for energy regeneration with hydraulic mo- tor is constructed, in virtue of the test-bed, investigation about the influences of energy regeneration on energy conversion effi- ciency and control performance are carried out. The results of experiment and simulation show that the energy saving scheme of energy regeneration with hydraulic motors and generator speed regulation for actuators is feasible in hydraulic excavator.
