摘要 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极气化电切术的疗效和安全性。方法:采用英国Gyrus公司提供的等离子体双极切割系统(Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System,PKS),行经尿道前列腺切除术525例。结果:525例手术顺利,手术操作时间平均48min,平均切除前列腺35g,无输血病例,术中无闭孔神经反射及电切综合征(TURS)出现。术后平均留置导尿管时间3.6天,拔除尿管后排尿通畅,尿路刺激症状轻。术后随访6~12个月,无尿失禁、尿道狭窄等并发症。全部病例排尿通畅,前列腺症状评分从术前26.0降至5.6,平均最大尿流率从术前8.2ml/s增至21.0ml/s。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子气化术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。 To access the efficacy and safety of transurethral plasma kinetic vaporization prostatectomy (PKRP)in benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods.525 patients with bengin prostate hyperplasia were treated by PKRP using the Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System(PKS). Results:Operation time was 48 minutes. Mean resected prostatic tissue was 35 g,no case need blood transfusion during the operation, no aductor reflex and transurethral resection syndrom (TURS) occurred. The mean time of an indwelling urethral catheter was 3.6 days,After pulling out the pipe, voiding was free. All patients were followed-up for 6 ~ 12months, no complications as incontinence and urethral stricture were found. All patients were discharged successfully, IPSS decreased from 26.0 to 5.6,Qmax increased from 8.2 ml/s to 21.0 ml/s. Conclusions.. PKRP was a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of BPH with less complications.
