骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者术前正畸去代偿效果的评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者术前正畸去代偿的效果。方法选取32例在中国医科大学附属口腔医院进行正畸-外科联合治疗的骨性安氏Ⅲ类患者,对其术前正畸去代偿前后的X线头影测量片进行测量分析。结果经过术前正畸治疗后,上下前牙有明显的去代偿改变。L1-MP平均值由79.0°变为88.1°,下切牙平均唇向直立了9.1°,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。U1-SN平均值由111.8°变为109.0°,上切牙平均舌向直立了2.8°,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.001)。经术前正畸去代偿后,L1-MP值接近正常值。治疗前,拔牙组与非拔牙组的U1-SN平均值均高于正常值,治疗后达到正常值范围。结论正确的术前正畸治疗为外科手术前移上颌或后退下颌至理想位置打下良好的基础,是治疗骨性安氏Ⅲ类畸形的重要步骤,也是获得高质量手术结果的可靠保证。 Objective To evaluate the effects of dental decompensation on the preoperative orthodontics in skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods Thirty- two skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion patients who were treated by orthodontics and orthognathic surgery in the China Medical University were selected. The cephalometric examination of the patients was taken before and after the dental decompensation. Results After the preoperative orthodontic treatment, the lower incisors were labially proclined by 9.1°, it showed a statistically significant change. The upper incisors were lingually proclined by 2.8°, it showed no statistically significant change. The L1 - MP was close to the average. Before the treatment, U1 - SN of both the extraction group and non- extraction group were above the average, but after the treatment, both the results were in the average. Conclusion The proper preoperative orthodontic treatment could lead to a better surgical result, it is an important part for the treatment of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion.
