多层次群体决策的模糊综合评价

本文集层次分析、模糊数学及群体决策理论于一体,提出了一种多层次群体模糊综合决策的实用方法,并结合价格体系调整和价格体制改革的实际问题进行了计算与分析。该方法是在决策者模糊判断的基础上构造群体决策优序向量,它表示群体对于层次因素的一种效用弱排序。在效用弱排序下,依据模糊教学、线性规划、不确定型决策等理论,构造群体决策下层次因素的效用值向量。通过计算最低层次诸因素相对于总目标的效用值权数,对系统因素进行摸糊综合评价,并据此作出群体决策。

The Analytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Sets and Group Decision Making Theory are gathered in this paper. The author puts forward a practiced method of multihierarchy group fuzzy decision making, calculats and analyses the present problem of prlce system adjusting and reforming. The vector under precedence ranking is constructed on the base of fuzzy judging. It is a kind of weak ranking of offectiveness about hie(?)archy facts. The offect value rector- is constructed on the base of fuzzy sets, Linear pregram and decision making under uncer- tainty theories. The group decision and fuzzy synthetic analysis are made by calculating the weights of effect value of the lowest hierarchy facts against the highest gool.
