对软系统方法论(SSM)的探讨

Exploration to Soft Systems Methodology

怎样用系统思想和方法来解决软问题,一直是管理系统工程的一个研究重点。由英国学者Checkland教授提出的软系统方法论为解决软问题提供了一种新的系统方法。本文从分析软问题的特点出发,扼要介绍了软系统方法论,并对软系统方法论的主要特点进行了概括。之后,文章还从思维哲学的角度分析了软系统方法论在认识论的辩证法、以及开拓创造性思维方面的优点,并对它在我国的应用前景作了探讨。

It is an important research area in management systems engineering to use systems conce- pts and methods to solve soft problems. The soft systems Methodology (SSM) given by English scholar professor Checkland provides a set of new systemaic problem-solving methodology to soft problems. This paper, beginning with the analysis of the characteristics of soft prob- lems, simeply introduces SSM and its main features. And then from the view of thinking philosophy. the paper analyses the advantages of SSM in cognitire dialectics and opening up creatire thinking. At tast, the paper discusses the prospects of SSM applications in China.
