应用MEBT治疗烧伤防治感染的体会

Experience with MEBO in the Treatment and Prevention of Infections of Burn Wound

本文通过我队1989年以来应用MEBT治疗烧伤防治感染治疗分析，认为抗感染治疗成功与否，首先要在正确使用MEBO的基础上准确选用抗生素，大面积烧伤抗生素使用推前至入院时，连续用药时间4－5夭，最长不超过7天。要有目的地有针对性地用药，并及时停药。

This paper reports the experience with MEBT in the treatment and prevention of infections of brun wound. The author emphasized that rational use of MEBO is the key link in the treatment and on this basis an appropriate antibiotic should be used. For large area burns, the application of antibiotic should start before hospitalization and be continued for 4 to 5 days, but no longer than 7 days.
