摘要
以已二酸、氧化锌、聚乙二醇和己内酰胺为原料制得含锌盐的聚醚酯酰胺(PEEAM),与PA6切片共混纺丝,得到耐久抗静电PA6纤维。结果表明:PEEAM中含有锌离子和聚醚链段,PEEAM的熔融温度比PA6略有下降。添加质量分数为4%的PEEAM时,耐久抗静电PA6纤维的断裂强度达到最大值为3.5 cN/ dtex,纤维比电阻降至10^7Ω·cm,且耐洗性能优良。
Polyether-ester-amide(PEEAM) containing zincate was prepared from the feedstocks of adipic acid, zinc oxide, polyethylene glycol and caprolactam. PEEAM was blend spun with PA6 chip to produce durable antistatic PA6 fiber. The results showed that as compared with PA6, the melting point of PEEAM was decreased in some degree due to the zincate ion and polyether segments in PEEAM. The breaking strength was maximized as 3.5 cN/dtex, the specific resistance was decreased to 10^7 Ω· cm and the washing resistance was fairly good when the mass fraction of PEEAM was 4%.
