摘要
目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者血中结合珠蛋白(Hp)含量,并分析与病情严重程度之间的相关性。方法:采用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳后比色的方法检测124例特应性皮炎患者(其中轻度40例、中度44例、重度40例)和134例正常对照者血中Hp水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,患者组血中Hp含量明显增高(P<0.001),其中病情中度和重度患者组均显著增高(P<0.05),轻度组增高无统计学意义。Hp含量与AD病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:Hp可能通过一种负反馈机制来抑制皮损局部的过度炎症反应,而参与了AD患者体内的免疫调节和抗炎作用。
Objective: To detect the serum haptoglobin concentrations in atopic dermatitis (AD) patients and to analyze the correlation between the haptoglobin level and the severity of AD. Methods: The concentrations of haptoglobin in the serum of 124 patients with AD (forty mild cases, forty - four moderate cases and forty severe cases) and 134 normal controls were measured by cellulose membrane electrophoresis and chromatometry. Results: Compared with normal controls, the serum haptoglobin concentration was significantly increased in the patients with AD ( P 〈 0.001). The increase of serum haptoglobin concentration in patients with moderate and severe AD was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05), but the increase did not show a significant difference in the patient with mild AD, when compared with normal control group. Positive correlation was found between haptoglobin concentration and the severi- ty of AD. Conclusion: Haptoglobin might play a role in immunoregulation and anti - inflammation in AD patients through a negative feedback mechanism inhibiting hyper- inflammatory reaction in local lesion.
