摘要
目的:探讨单纯疱疹病毒2型(HSV-2)感染者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子的变化。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测了27例经荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)筛选HSV-2型DNA阳性感染者血清中细胞因子IL-2和IL-4水平。结果:(1)HSV-2型感染者血清中Th1型细胞因子IL-2的水平为(22.35±14.78)pg/mL,显著低于正常对照组(96.88±30.25)pg/mL(P<0.01)。(2)Th2型细胞因子IL-4的水平为(15.36±9.47)pg/mL,显著高于正常对照组(6.98±2.79)pg/mL(P<0.01)。结论:HSV-2型感染者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平发生了显著改变,提示了HSV-2型感染者体内Th1/Th2型细胞亚群的飘移。
Objective： To determine the serum Th1/Th2 type cytokines in HSV - 2 - infected persons. Methods： Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to determine the levels ofIL- 2 and IL- 4 in 27 HSV - 2 - infected persons. Results： （ 1 ） The level of serum Thl type eytokine IL - 2 was （22.35±14.78） pg/mL in HSV - 2 - infected persons, which was significantly lower than that in control groups （96.88 ± 30.25 pg/mL, P〈 0.01）. （2） The levels of serum Th2 type cytokine IL - 4 were 15.36 ± 9.47 pg/mL and 6.98 ± 2.79 pg/mL in the HSV - 2- infected persons and in normal controls respectively, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The cytokines of Th1/Th2 subsets are changed significantly in HSV- 2- infected persons, suggesting the floating between Thland Th2 lymphocytes in the body of the HSV - 2 - infected persons.
