摘要
论文从分析九十年代国内外经营环境出发,展望了沿海地区经营战略的格局。提出了双重机制下的三种主要经营战略模式与主要特点:双重机制下经营战略的权变性与多方案性。并探讨了国内外两个市场的协调问题、职能战略的完善和精神文明建设问题。
Based on analysis of the environment for corporate strategy, this paper gives out the per- spective on the principles and framework for the coast enterprises in 90s. 3 mode and cha- racteristics of corporate strategy under the dual-mechanism of economy are exposured. Main points for 90s corporate strategy are consistancy, multi-alternatives, coordination between foreign and domestic markets, improvement of business and functional strategies as well as moral construction for staff and workers.
