与银屑病发病相关的某些细胞因子 被引量:4

摘要 银屑病目前多认为是遗传因素与环境因素等多因素相互作用的多基因遗传病,免疫介导是其主要发生机制。细胞因子网络在银屑病发病机制中的作用已成为当前研究的热点。本文就白细胞介素10、18、20,表皮生长因子及其受体神经生长因子、受体在银屑病发病机制作用的研究进展作一综述。
