目的:对国内常用的桡骨远端骨折植入体治疗方法进行介绍。资料来源:应用计算机检索Ovid 2000/2006期间的相关文章,检索词"fracture,distal radius",并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库2000/2006期间的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词"桡骨远端骨折"。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取符合要求的有关文献并查找全文,纳入标准为①有关桡骨远端骨折的历史、损伤机制及分类的研究。②桡骨远端骨折治疗方法的适应证、临床疗效研究。③有关桡骨远端骨折治疗后并发症及其防治的研究。排除标准:重复的研究或Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到212篇关于桡骨远端骨折的文章,37篇文献符合纳入标准,175篇文献因无法查阅全文或内容重复而被排除。资料综合:自从桡骨远端骨折被定义以来,有多种治疗方法被用来治疗此类骨折,其中最常用的为闭合复位石膏外固定术、闭合复位外固定器外固定(合并克氏针)及切开复位内固定术。随着科学技术的发展各种新的手段也被用于治疗此类骨折,其中包括关节镜的应用、植骨的应用及各种新内固定器材的运用。结论:对于各种不同类型的桡骨远端骨折有着不同的治疗方案可供选择,应根据患者具体的情况来选择最合适的治疗方法。

OBJECTIVE： To introduce the domestic bone graft in the treatment of distal radius fractures. DATA SOURCES： An online search of Ovid between 2000 and 2006 was undertaken to identify the articles published in English, with the search words of “fracture, distal radius”. Meanwhile the Chinese Journal Full-Text Database was retrieved for the Chinese articles from 2000 to 2006 with the retrieval word “distal radius fracture”. STUDY SELECTION： After the primary check, the relative articles in accordance with the criteria were selected for full texts. Inclusive criteria： ①the study about the history, injury mechanism and classification of distal radius fracture;②the study about the indication and clinical curative effect of distal radius fracture therapy; ③the study about the complication, prevention and treatment of distal radius fracture therapy. Exclusive criteria： repetitive study or Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION： Totally 212 relative articles to the distal radius fracture were collected, and 37 of them were included, while other 175 papers were deleted due to no full-texts or repetition of content. DATA SYNTHESIS： There are many kinds of therapies for distal radius fracture, the most common used treatment includes closed reduction and plaster external fixation, closed reducetion and external fixator （combining Kirschner wire）, and open reduction and internal fixation. With the advancement of science and technique, various new methods of distal radius fracture appear, such as arthroscope, bone graft and intemal fixation instruments. CONCLUSION： The therapy for distal radius fracture is diverse and depends on the patient＇s condition.
