含左氧氟沙星方案治疗耐药肺结核疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Levofloxacin Regimen on Multi-drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的评价左氧氟沙星对耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)的临床疗效。方法104例MDR-PTB病人随机分为两组,54例应用3HZThTV/12HThTV方案治疗,50例采用3HZThT/12HThT方案治疗。结果疗程结束时,治疗组痰菌阴转率92.6%明显高于对照组40%。经两年随访,治疗组和对照组细菌学复发率分别为8%和30%。两组间差异有显著性。结论左氧氟沙星是治疗MDR-PTB的较为有效的药物。

Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with Levofloxacin multi - drug resistant tuberculosis （MDR -TB）. Methods 104 cases with MDR -TB were divided randomly into two groups. 54 cases were treated with the regimen of 3HZThTV/12HThTV. 50 cases were treated with 3HZThT/12HThT. Results At the end of treatment, the rate of sputum negative conversion in the treatment group 92.6% were higher than that in the control group（40% ）. During two years follow up, the bacteriological relapse rate were found to be 8% in treatment group and 30% in control group. Comparing the two groups, there was an obvious difference. Conclusion Levofloxacin was an effective drug in patients with MDR-TB.
