湖北省HIV-2抗体确证及HIV-1和HIV-2血清学双重感染状况分析

Analysis of HIV-1 and HIV-2 Co-infection in Hubei Province

目的对HIV-2可疑样品进行确证,了解我省HIV/AIDS人群中HIV-1和HIV-2双重感染状况。方法用新加坡Genelabs Diagnostics公司生产的HIV-2抗体确证试剂检测16份HIV-1抗体阳性并且有HIV-2特异性指示带的样品。结果11份样品结果为HIV-2抗体阳性,3份样品为不确定,2份阴性。结论我省可能存在HIV-1和HIV-2型双重感染者,需从分子生物学水平进一步验证。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of HIV - 1 and HIV - 2 co - infection in Hubei province. Methods Sixteen samples previously tested positive for HIV - 1 antibody with HIV- 2 specific band positive were tested for HIV -2 antibody using Western blot analysis （both test kits produced by Singapore Genelabs Diagnostics）. Results Eleven of the 16 samples were positive for HIV - 2 antibody, three of them were indefinite and 2 negative. Conclusion HIV - 1 and HIV -2 co - infection may exit in Hubei province and need to be confirmed by molecular biologic method.
