外伤性视神经病变诊断与治疗的新进展 被引量：6

摘要 外伤性视神经病变（traumatic optic neuropathy，TON）是指闭合性颅脑、颌面部外伤后最初眼底镜下无眼球、视神经改变的视力丧失，是常见的视神经损伤类型。随着交通及体育事业的发展，其发生率有逐年增多的趋势。近年来，随着基础研究和影像学技术的发展，手术及药物治疗经验的积累，人们对TON的诊断及治疗有了进一步的了解，但仍有许多问题需要进行深入探讨。
