摘要
基于闪光对焊焊接过程的有限元分析,建立了模拟轴对称件温度场的二维热电直接耦合简化模型,分析了接触电阻及相变潜热在模拟过程中的处理方法。整个有限元模拟分析表明,可得到闪光对焊焊接加热过程任一时刻温度分布及任一位置焊接热循环;模拟与实测结果基本相吻合。
A simplified 2D thermoelectric couping model of the simulatiing temperature field of axial symmetry was founded, based on finite element analysis of flash butt welding. The processing method of the contact resistance and phase change latent heat in simulation was considered. The temperature distribution of each time and the weld thermal cycle of each position in the heating process can be obtained in the flash butt welding simulation. The coincidence of the simulated results and the measured values is identical.
