摘要
目的:探讨心肌速度矢量成像评价扩张型心肌病患者左心室长轴收缩与舒张功能的价值。方法:采集扩张型心肌病30例和对照组30例心脏动态数字化超声图像,用心肌速度矢量软件分析16节段心肌长轴方向收缩期、舒张早期和舒张晚期的心肌速度、应变及应变率和达峰时间。结果:扩张型心肌病组各期心肌速度、应变率、收缩期和舒张早期应变明显低于对照组(P〈0.01),舒张晚期应变两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。扩张型心肌病组速度达峰时间和应变率达峰时间明显延长(P〈O.01)。结论:速度矢量成像技术不受声束角度的影响,能够无创、客观地定量评价扩张型心肌病患者左室长轴收缩和舒张功能,为临床评价心肌节段功能提供了又一有效方法。
Objective To assess the left ventricular(LV) longitudinal systolic and diastolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) by velocity vector imaging(VVI). Methods Digital dynamic imaging of 30 patients with DCM and 30 healthy subjects were collected, then the longitudinal velocity, strain and strain rate were measured in systolic, early and later diastolic period respectively and the peak time of velocity,strain and strain rate were record respectively. The parameters were analysed between the two groups. Results All of the parameters of the patients with DCM were significantly lower than those of the normal group( P 〈 0.05~ 0.01 ), except the parameter of later diastolic strain ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions VVI is a novel noninvasive tool to assess quantitatively and objectively LV regional systolic and diastolic function in patients with DCM.
