神经再生内环境研究的新进展 被引量:2

摘要 外周神经再生是外周神经外科领域内的一个老大难问题,长期以来还没有解决,主要有三个难题:第一,外周神经比较娇嫩,容易受伤,轻微外力都容易被撕裂,断裂端又会退缩,形成缺损。即使轴突还完整,但每因神经出血、水肿、最后会导致瘢痕化,难以恢复功能。加上交通日益发达,经常发生超速超载,事故也频频发生,臂丛、坐骨神经、桡神经等损伤,有增无减;
