鼓式削片机设计基本问题的探讨

通过运动分析论述了鼓式削片机削片过程中遇角的变化对木片尺寸和几何形状的影响。根据对木片切料角的工艺要求可初步确定削片机的基本尺寸。通过受力分析论述了适宜鼓式削片机加工原料的形态，进料槽的合理安装位置和尺寸，以及尽可能采用强制进料的理论根据。本文还从理论上分析了飞刀在刀鼓上采用内装刀和外装刀的利弊。

Through the motive analysis ,the article states the affect to the chip size and geometric figure from the changes of cutting angles in the chipping course of durm chipper.According to the technological requirement of wood chip cropping angle,the basic size of chipper could be determined.Through the analysis of the accepted force,the shape of processed raw material being auitable for drum chipper,reasonable installing position and dimensions of feeding chute and the theoratical source for adopting as much as possible the forced feeding are stated.The advantage and disadvantage of inside or outside mounting of flying knives on the knife drum are also described.
