摘要
在开展状态监测与故障诊断工作时,木材加工设备运用振动诊断技术由于受到条件的限制,往往不能获得最佳效果。因此,根据木材加工设备的特点,采用油样铁谱分析技术,通过对油液所携带磨粒的粒度、浓度、形貌和成分四大特征信息,进行检测与分析,对木材加工设备进行状态监测与故障诊断可获得可靠的效果。
When developing the state mornitoring and fault diagnosis work, the vibration diagnosis technique of wood processing equipments is adopted. Because of the limitation of conditions, the best result could not usually be achieved. Therefore according to the features of wood processing equipments, the oil sample iron spectrum analysis technique is used for check and analysis, through four big information characters of abrasive particle carried over by oil liquid, which can get reliable effect for the state mornitoring and fault diagnosis of wood processing equipments.
