远程教学视频课源优化探讨

摘要 本文在分析了当前远程教育视频教学资源优缺点的基础上,首先对视频课源进行了界定,然后从学习者的角度提出了一个有利于远程学习者提高学习兴趣、增加学习效率的课源组织模式,同时对该模式下教学现场的构成要素如主讲教师、交互设计、教学助手、电教人员的作用以及它们之间的相互关系作了较为细致的分析,阐明了该模式的特点及优势。
