Li_2O-Nb_2O_5-TiO_2体系M-相研究

摘要 利用M-相的Roth/Grey模型和XRD数据计算出M-相的晶胞参数、米勒指数l的分裂因子δ,并精修了组成为x=0.1、y=0.1(LiNb0.6Ti0.5O3)样品的XRD特征谱线数据;以此进一步的讨论了晶胞参数随组成的变化关系,随x,y的值增加晶胞参数a逐渐增大,而c却逐渐减小;研究还发现LN层与[Ti2O3]2+层沿c轴方向交替生长出现同层结构的层数<N>随y值的增加而逐渐减小。 Using the XRD data, the unit cell parameter of the M-phase, fractional I Miller index and an incommensurate parameter 8 are calculated by the RotldGrey mold. This study amended the specific spectrum data of LiNb0.6Ti0.5O3 sample, and discussed the relation of the crystalline parameter and the composition of samples, with the growing of the unit cell parameter a, the value of c decreased. And then, found that the layer of〈LN〉and the layer of [Ti2O3]^2+ are intergrowth. Structure and the number of the layers〈N〉 are decreasing with the growing of the value of y.
