摘要
在模拟干旱条件下,实验考察了对照及1∶30、1∶40、1∶50、1∶60、1∶70 5个包衣比下玉米种子的发芽率、苗高,玉米幼苗的膜脂过氧化指标H2O2与MDA含量,自由基清除过氧化物酶SOD、CAT、POD、GPX、APX活性及自由基清除剂GSH与ASA含量等生理生化指标的变化。结果表明玉米种子经PSSAR包衣后,提高了种子的萌发率、幼苗自由基清除相关酶的活性及自由基清除剂的含量,有效减轻了玉米幼苗的膜脂过氧化作用;但不同包衣比组分差异较大,以1∶60包衣比效果最好;因此甘薯淀粉高吸水树脂(PSSAR)能有效缓解植物干旱胁迫,是一种优良的抗旱性包衣剂,其与玉米种子合适的包衣比为1∶60。
In order to provide a basis for the (PSSAR) in agriculture, the influence of the (Zea mays) seedlings is studied. The maize, application of the potato starch super absorbent resin PSSAR on lipid peroxidation and antioxidants of maize which was coated with the PSSAR and the seed in proportion as 1 : 30, 1 : 40, 1 : 50, 1 : 60,and 1 : 70, was grown in plastic pots in a greenhouse under water stress. The germination rate, the length of the stem and the content of H2O2, MDA and chlorophyll were measured. Also, enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants such as SOD, POD, CAT, GPX, APX, ASA,and GSH, which clean the AOS existing in plant cells, were studied. The results show that the germination rate, the activity of enzymatic antioxidants and the content of non-enzymatic antioxidants were increased and the degree of lipid peroxidation was decreased significantly after the maize was treated with the PSSAR. Obviously, the growth condition of seedlings was improved through the treatment. The results also indicate that there was marked variation among the measurements as the coat proportion changed and the optimal effect was got at 1 : 60. Therefore,the PSSAR is a good water-absorbing resin,which can improve the drought-resistant ability of maize greatly during its growth, and it is suggested that the PSSAR and the maize be in the ratio of 1 : 60.
