摘要
为了更好地发挥工业过程pH值自动检测与自动控制这项新技术的作用和长远效果,需要使用、维修人员对这方面的技术原理和实际运用方法有一个清楚的了解。本文针对这方面的问题,从阐述电极的测量原理出发,扼要地分析和比较了玻璃电极与锑电极的特点,进而提出了在实际电极的标定过程中应遵循的基本方法和要注意的问题。
To make better use of the new technology of automatic test and control forpH value in the industrial process and achieve a long-term good resulis, it isnecessary for the users and maintenance personnel to clearly understend its technicalprinciple and method for practecal use. In connection with the problems in the aspect,the article, starting from the introduction of the measuring principle of electrode,presents the analysis and comparison on the characte risices between glass electrodeand antimon electrode, and furthermore, taises the basic methods and problems whichshould be followed and paid attention to respectively in the practical electrodecalibration.
