摘要
本文探讨医院集团化发展问题通过运用五力模型分析方法和SWOT分析方法对某医院集团所处的行业环境和内部优劣势进行了全面分析,得出结论:医疗集团只有适时地进行企业定义,根据变化了的市场环境及时调整战略、优化战术才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The paper analyzed the professional environment and the internal- inferior superior of Hospital Group by the five strength model's analysis method and the SWOT analysis method. In this way,The medical group only has to define the enterprise and adjust the strategies promptly and optimize the tactics, according to the changed the market's environment. By which it will win in the intense market competition.
