米索前列醇在无痛人工流产术中的运用

Clinical study on misoprostol's effect on painless artificial abortion

目的:探讨无痛人工流产前舌下含化米索前列醇终止早孕的临床效果。方法:将孕6～10周需终止妊娠并要求无痛人工流产的94例孕妇随机分为A组(50例)、B组(44例)。A组在用丙泊酚及芬太尼行无痛人工流产前半小时舌下含化米索前列醇0.2mg;B组不用米索前列醇。观察两组术中宫颈松弛扩张情况、宫缩幅度、术中出血量。结果:两组宫颈松弛扩张情况无差别;A组宫缩幅度明显大于B组(P<0.01);且易于手术操作,术中出血量明显的小于B组(P<0.01)。结论无痛人工流产前舌下含化米索前列醇可增强子宫收缩、术中出血少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect on termination of early pregnancy by giving misoprostol sublingually before painless artificial abortion. Methods A total of 94 women at 6-10 gestation weeks,who asked for painless artificial abortion,were randomly divided into group A（n=50）, group B（ n=44）.Group A taken 0.2 mg of misoprostol sublingually half an hour befor the painless artificial abortion with propofol and fentany lasanaesthetic. Group B underwent painless artificial bortion without misprost.Laxation and dilatation of the cervix during the operation,uterine contraction,blood loss during the operation were observed.Results Th ere was no diference in laxation and dilata- tion of the cervix between the two groups. Uterine contraction was better in group A than group B （P〈0.01） ,Easier to manipulate, less operative bleeding （P〈0.01） was obtained group A than group B.Conclusion Misoprostol used before painless artificial abortion may intensify uterine contraction. It helps to decrease operative blood loss .It is valuable to apply it clinically.
