宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中的应用

The application of using the gauze to fill the uterus in cutting uterine's operation

目的:探讨宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中大出血中的应用。方法:对9例剖宫产术中大出血止血困难采用宫腔填塞纱条止血,术后24小时内取出纱条。结果:9例出血均满意控制,术后子宫复旧良好。结论:应用宫腔填塞纱条止血在剖宫产大出血中能达到止血的目的。减少子宫切除,对保留生育机能有一定的意义。

Objective To explore the application of using the gauze to fill the uterus to stop bleeding m cutting uterine＇s operation. Methods there had been 9 patients that used the gauze o fill the uterus to stop bleeding freely with the difficulties of stopping the haemorrhage in cutting uterine＇s operation. The gauzes would be taken out in 24 hours. Results There wasn＇ t one patient to go on bleeding in 9 patients. The uterine have resuscitated better after the operations. Conclsions We should develop the application that uses the gsuzes to fill the uterine to stop bleeding freely in cutting uterin＇s operation. It can scant to cut the uterine has significance to keep procreation competence.
