摘要 人基因重组促红细胞生成素(r-HuEPO)是一种刺激红细胞生成的糖蛋白,它主要在肾脏产生,促进造血干细胞分化成原始红细胞,促进幼红细胞分裂成熟,促进网织红细胞成熟和释放,最终促进血红蛋白的合成。因此,可有效地纠正终末期肾衰竭病人的贫血,在广泛应用的同时,它的许多不良反应也凸现出来。现将我院十余年来的应用体会总结如下。 Recombinant human erythropoietin (r-HuEPO) produced in the kidney,promoting the hematopoietic stem promoting erythrocyte division to be mature, and promoting is a stimulating erythropoietin glycoprotein. It is mainly cell to differentiated into the primitive erythrocyte,and reticulocyte maturation and release and the formation of the hemoglobin finally.Therefore, it can be effectively corrected end-stage renal failure patients anemia,however, at the same time in a wide range of applications, many of its adverse reaction also are shown out too.Our academy's more than ten years experience in this area summed up as follows:
