脑血管病导致残障后康复护理的早期干预

Early intervention in physical disabilities caused by cerebrovascular diseases

目的:对脑血管病残障及早进行康复护理,以期达到减轻病残、提高患者生活质量、减轻家庭及社会负担。方法:采用床上体位摆放、变换体位、肢体功能锻炼、按摩等,及早对患者进行残障肢体功能康复训练。结果:通过早期进行康复护理干预,减轻了病残损害程度,促进了患者肢体功能恢复,提高了患者的生活质量。结论:给患者进行早期正确的康复训练,可明显提高肢体功能恢复,降低残障程度。

Objective Carry out early rehabilitation nursing to physical disabilities caused by cerebrovascular diseases, to ease reduce degree of disabilities ,raise live quality and reduce family and social burden. Methods： Early function body recover was put into implement by putting body properly, transforming regularly and massaging. Results Degree of disabilities reduced, function of body recovered greatly,live quality raised by early intervention. Conclusion Early proper rehabilitation nursing can greatly improve function of body and reduce degree of disabilities.
