摘要世界性先进企业一直很自信自己内部的创新能力，所以过去一直采用重视内部R＆D活动的封闭式技术创新。企业通过比竞争对手更多的R＆D投资，试图垄断相关领域核心技术，而且为了防止技术外泄不愿同外部合作。
