摘要
宝钢新建的3号板坯连铸机的产品以厚板厂为主要用户,断面尺寸为220、250、300 mm×(1 200~2 300)mm,并且以2 000 mm左右的宽板坯为主,铸坯内在质量和表面质量良好,但在220 mm厚铸坯的几种裂纹敏感的中碳亚包晶钢上发生了纵裂缺陷。为此开发了适合于裂纹敏感的厚板钢种用的连铸保护渣,该保护渣具有高碱度、高结晶性和低粘度的特点,高结晶性增大了渣膜的热阻,使铸坯在结晶器内得到缓慢冷却,从而减少了铸坯的纵裂发生率,低粘度使铸坯获得了适宜的润滑,确保了连铸生产的顺行。
The slabs produced by new No. 3 castes at Baosteel are mainly used for heavy plates, the size of which is 220,250,300 mm×(1 200-2300) mm with 2 000 mm is a dominant one. Internal and surface quality of slabs is good, except some longitudinal cracks were observed in some crack-sensitive peritectic slabs with the thickness of 220 mm. A kind of mold powder for crack-sensitive heavy plate steel was developed, which has high basicity, high crystallization rate and low viscosity. High crystallization rate increases the heat resistance of slag film, which makes slab cool mildly in mold, so the longitudinal-crack-rate of slab is decreased. Suitable lubrication can be obtained by use of low viscosity mold powder to ensure smooth casting process.
