论学生表达自由的内涵及其表现形式

Research on the Connotation and Types of Students' Freedom of Expression

作为一种基础性的宪法权利,学生享有表达自由权。本文首先探讨了表达自由权的概念及其必要性。其次,本文认为学生的表达自由具有多种形式,主要包括言论自由、发型自由、着装自由、集会及结社自由。最后,本文强调指出,学校管理者应尊重并保护学生的表达自由,促进学生权利与学校管理权力的和谐发展。

As one of the basic constitutional rights, students have the freedom of expression. Firstly, this thesis discusses the connotation, value and necessity of the freedom of expression. Then, Focusing on the students＇ freedom of expression, this thesis holds that there are many different types of expression, mainly including freedom of speech, freedom of hair style, freedom of dress, freedom of assembly and association. At last, this thesis stresses that school manager should respect and protect the students＇ freedom of expression, and promote the concordant development of students＇ rights and school powers.
