Research on information integration for ERP and MES

通过对济南钢铁集团公司三炼钢—中厚板生产线MES的实施和对某航空企业复合材料厂MES的实施,发现企业和实施公司之间存在对系统认识的差距,严重阻碍了信息化建设,导致信息管理模型失去应有的功能。为了解决这个问题,本文对ERP和MES的主要功能进行了论述,分别在产品制造的纵向和物流的横向两个方面进行深入的分析和对比。基于分析,给出ERP和MES的集成体系,该体系具体的细化了MESA组织给出的企业集成模型,对企业建立信息化体系有指导作用。

After engaging Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Corporation＇s MES and one of composite product line aviation company＇s MES, there is wide gap in systems＇ demands between implementing teams and enterprise that lead to some systems did not work. in order to deal with this problem, this paper describes the main function modules of MES and ERP, contrasts and analyzes the differences these modules of them in vertical product manufacturing part and horizontal stream of Material. Based on this analysis, gets a valid common architecture for ERP and MES that was improved from MESA＇s Enterprise Integration Module.
