This paper introduces the main reason for many accidents of ladle system in the first steelworks in Jinan Steel （Western）. Focusing on the most important factor for slider sliding gate brick and sliding bodies, a lot of study and research are carried through, and satisfactory results are achieved. Reasonable measures and the implementation according to the existing problems, ensure the ladle system stability.
