This paper sums up technological innovation of Arcelor Mittal, the new merger of the first in the world＇ s steel companies. The two companies are in the course of integration, so the article discusses the development status of the two companies separately, technology innovation, development system, affiliated research centers constitute, the main strategic product development and technical innovation, and so on.
