龙血竭联合HAART在静脉吸毒感染HIV/AIDS患者中的应用研究

Study of HAART in combination with Long Xue Jie in treating HIV carriers/AIDS patients affected via injection drug use

目的通过龙血竭与高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)的联合应用,观察龙血竭对HAART毒副作用及对静脉吸毒感染者微循环的改善。方法采取随机、双盲对照的临床观察方法,在艾滋病病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者进行治疗的9个月中,每月记录患者的用药情况、副反应的发生情况及临床症状的改善情况,定期复查CD4计数、血常规及肝肾功能,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果选择受试者24人,龙血竭联合HAART组(治疗组)13人,安慰剂联合HAART组(对照组)11人,比较两组治疗前后的效果。治疗后在免疫学方面,两组CD4计数均有不同程度的上升,但上升程度治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.05。治疗过程中,对照组出现毒副反应的几率较治疗组高,并有1人出现免疫重建,且对照组下肢末梢循环的改善不如治疗组。结论龙血竭应用于HAART,不仅有助于提高患者的CD4计数,还能有效改善静脉吸毒者末梢循环功能,并减轻HAART出现的毒副反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined application of Long Xue Jie and HAART in reducing the adverse reaction of antiretroviral drugs and improving the microcirculation of affected injection drug users. Method Randomized double-blind controlled clinical trail was conducted in HIV carriers/AIDS patients receiving treatment for 9 months, for whom medication, occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical improvements were monthly recorded and CD4 count, blood routine and liver and kidney function testes were performed regularly. All the data obtained were analyzed statistically. Result Twenty four individuals were selected as trail subjects,and divided into treatment group（13 subjects）receiving Long Xue J ie in combination with HAART and control group （11 subjects）receiving placebo in combination with HAART.As for immunological indicators,CD4 count was somewhat raised after the treatment in both groups,but it was raised more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the process of treatment the probability of adverse reaction in the control group was higher than in the treatment group; immuno-reconstruction syndrome（ IRS）occurred in one individual in the control group and. the improvement of microcirculation of lower extremities in the control group was less obvious than in the treatment group. Conclusion Application of Long Xue Jie in combination with HAART contributes not only to the rise of CD4 cell count, but also to the improvement of the microcirculation of iniection drug users and reduction of adverse reaction of antiretroviral drugs.
