摘要
采用铝矾土代替石英粉,型壳强度高,含有60%以上的刚玉相,35%莫来相,重量轻30%左右,浇注时无裂纹,料单简单,便于操作,利于生产,使熔模精密铸造增添了新的耐火材料。
The intension of the shell is enhanced by the substitution of the bauxite for silica flour. The bauxite consists of more than 60 % conmdum phase and 35 % mullite phase. The weight is reduced about 30%. No fracture is detected when casting and the material is simple. Using the bauxite is benefit for the operation and production. This makes it a new refractory material in precision- investment casting.
