摘要
介绍锅炉受热面膜式省煤器等产品在制造过程中内在质量的分析与控制及锅炉产品制造过程中关键工序质量的控制方法。从原材料(钢材、焊接材料)承压焊缝焊接、焊缝无损检验、热处理、耐压试验等方面的质量控制过程加以阐述。结果证明,通过有效质量控制的锅炉产品完全符合《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》以及相关技术条件的要求。
The paper mainly introduced quality analyses and control of water wall economizer of boiler heating surface in course of manufacturing, and the key process quality control method of boiler product. The course of quality control is described regarding raw,material （steel material, welding material）, pres - sure welding, NDT for welding, heat treatment of boiler product and hydrostatic test etc. The results showed that some boiler product by continlling effectively in quality is in conformity to Supervise specification on Safety Technique for steam Boiler and other technical specifications.
