二甲双胍对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血管内皮功能的影响

Influence of Metformin Hydrochloride on Function of Vascular Endothelium Cell in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的研究二甲双胍对急性缺血性脑卒中患者胰岛素抵抗状态的影响及其机制。方法将104例伴胰岛素抵抗的急性缺血性脑卒中(定位诊断为大脑中动脉及其属支)患者随机分为试验组和对照组,均给予常规抗卒中治疗,试验组另予二甲双胍口服,测定并比较两组患者在治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数与大脑中动脉血流动力学参数的变化。结果试验组在胰岛素敏感性与颅内血流灌注情况上较对照组获得更为显著的改善。结论二甲双胍可能通过改善胰岛素抵抗引起的内皮依赖性血管舒缩功能失衡而使缺血性脑卒中患者获益。

Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Mefformin（MF） Hydrochloride on insulin resistance in acute ischemic stroke patients. Methods 104 acute ischemic stroke patients with insulin resistance （topical diagnosis： middle cerebral artery and its branchs） were randomly divided into two groups： experiment group and control group. All patients were treated with general anti - stroke therapy, while the patients of experiment group took mefformin hydrochloride in addition. Then mensurated and compared the two group＇s insulin sensitive index and cerebral blood flow dynamics parameters before and after. Results Compared with control group, MF - treated group got evident improvement in insulin sensitivity and cerebral blood flow perfusion. Conclusion MF may benefit acute ischemic stroke patients by improving the imbalance on the functions of endothelium - depended vessel constringency and relaxation caused by insulin resistance.
