摘要
本研究首次以松针为原料,经过一系列物理、化学过程,制得天然含锌绿色素——叶绿素锌钠,并对叶绿素和叶绿素锌钠的稳定性进行了比较研究。
The natural green pigment with zine—sodium zine chlorophyllin is made,by using pine needles as raw materials and going through the physical and chemical processes.The article also makes a comparison of stability between chlorophyll and sodium zine chlorophyllin.
